The Northern Regional Minister, Salifu Saeed has cautioned people in the region to desist from stigmatising persons who have traveled from areas under partial lockdown to their home bases in the North.
He particularly made reference to head porters, also known as Kayayei who left Accra back to the Northern region for refuge.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Minister said these girls will be screened and later.
