The Western Region Police Command says it is exploring new leads in their investigations into the three kidnapped hoping it will lead to the discovery of the whereabouts of the girls.

The police is also collaborating with Interpol to confirm their intelligence that Samuel Wills, the prime suspect who is behind bars has a criminal history of kidnapping in Nigeria.

The Western Regional Police Commander, DCOP Vincent Redeemer Dedjoe said this at a news conference in Takoradi to update the public on the status of investigations to unravel the mystery of the kidnapped girls.

According to him, their investigations reveal that, the prime suspect Samuel Wills established a relationship with his victims before he kidnapped them as there was a history of constant communication between the victims and the kidnapper ostensibly about a promise of employment from Samuel Wills.
