41 campaign promises fulfilled within 2yrs -President Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo says government has fulfilled 41 promises made in the run up to the 2016 adding that the New Patriotic Party, (NPP), is on course in implementing the remaining promises.

He said Ghanaians will experience real development after the first term of his government.

President Akufo-Addo stated this when he joined the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency of the NPP to climax it’s campaign to retain the Ayawaso parliamentary seat in the Greater Accra region.

The Ayawaso West Wuogon Parliamentary seat became vacant following the death of MP for the area, Emmanuel Kyeremanten Agyarko last year.

The NPP subsequently elected Lydia Seyram Alhassan who happens to be the wife of the late MP to succeed his departed husband.

The rally dubbed perfect replacement was attended by high ranking members of the party and ministers of state.

Supporters of the NPP thronged the La-Bawalehie Presbyterian Basic 1 School park, to rally support for the party’s Parliamentary candidate.

The Parliamentary candidate of the NPP, Lydia Seyram Alhassan, a Phamacist, and widow of the late Ayawaso West Wuogon Member of Parliament, (MP), Emmanuel Kyeremanten Agyarko thanked the constituents for the confidence repose in her. She promised to continue the work of his late husband.

Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia declared Zero tolerance for incompetent government. He said the party could not afford to be complacent but to canvass support for Lydia Seyram Alhassan to win the seat, urging them vote massively for her.

He thanked the people of the constituency for their hardwork and pleaded with them to finally seal it with massive votes for Lydia Seyram Alhassan to win the seat for the NPP.

Veep Dr. Bawumia assured the citizenry of his committed to the peace, unity, and development of the entire nation, especially Dagbon, stating that.

Over sixty thousand people are expected to cast their ballots in the election slated for tomorrow 31st January 2019.
