A group calling itself Concerned NPP Members in Bibiani-Anhwyiaso-Bekwai in the Western North Region has called on President Akufo-Addo to remove from office the Regional Minister, Kingsley Aboagye-Gyedu and the MCE, Alfred Amoah.

This is because the two have been working against the party’s parliamentary candidate, Alfred Obeng Boateng, former BOST CEO.

The Group as a result has provided nine reasons for which the President must remove the two public officers.

Speaking on GBC’s ‘Behind the News’ the Convener of the group, Daniel Erzuah, accused the MCE and Regional Minister of engaging in illegal mining and defaming the MP for the area.

The MCE, Alfred Amoah, however, denied the allegations.

The constituency chairman, Franklin Appia-Kubi said he will investigate the matter.
