The Yaa Naa of the Dagbon state Ndan Yaa-Naa, has called on Ghanaians especially the youth in Dagbon, to comport themselves and remain calm throughout the electoral processes.
He said the importance of peace in the electioneering process cannot be over emphasized since it’s the shared responsibility of all citizens.
In a statement signed by the secretary for Ndan Yaa-Naa, it said it is important for everyone to play a critical role of ensuring that peace prevail in the country and Dagbon before, during and after the elections.
Ndan Yaa Naa, called on the security agencies to be up and doing in identifying hotspots and all conflict signals in the various electoral areas and nip them in the bud.
He also urge everyone associated with the conduct of the elections to adhere strictly to COVID-19 safety protocols.
