The Electoral Commission (EC) has opened nominations for all political parties for the 2020 elections from Monday, September 14, 2020.
Forms will be available online due to the COVID-19 protocols.
Political parties have therefore been asked to obtain the forms online from the Commission’s website.
Submissions will, however, take place from October 5 to 9.
The EC has pegged filing fees for presidential candidates at ¢100,000.00 and ¢10.000.00 for parliamentary candidates.
EC Chairperson, Jean Mensa, who made the announcement asked the general secretaries of the parties to take note and act accordingly.
