Vetting is underway for three Presidential Aspirants and other prospective National Executives of the Convention Peoples Party, (CPP).
The three vying for the flagbearership position are Bright Akwetey, Dr. Divine Ayivor and Ivor Greenstreet.
Acting Chairperson of the CPP, HajiaHamdatu Ibrahim said the Congress which will be held on regional basis has been postponed to August 22, to accommodate Homowo of the Ga’ people.
She told Nathaniel Nartey that the CPP is a gender-sensitive party and will continue to encourage women to contest for positions.
