The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Portuphy has officially opened the 9th Delegates Congress of the NDC taking place at the Fantasy Dome of the Ghana International Trade Fair Centre.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Portuphy said the whole of the country is watching the NDC and how members will conduct themselves during the congress.
He said the congress will set the tone for the party to win the 2020 elections.
