MP for Shama, Ato Panford says Parliament needs to amend sections of the GIPC Act.
He said after discussions with the leadership of GUTA, an agenda was set to resolve the issue of foreign retail trade.
Mr. Panford said Parliament must be tactical in finding a permanent solution to the impasse.
