President Akufo-Addo has asked the 16 Regional Ministers to make security of their regions a priority.
He said government’s agenda to industrialize the nation will not materialize if there is no peace. President Akufo-Addo gave the advice when he sworn into office the sixteen regional Ministers.
With the decision of the President not to appoint Deputy Regional Ministers, he has since asked them to shoulder their responsibilities and work in tandem with the Metropolitan Municipal District Chief Executives, MMDCEs to ensure an aggressive industrialization of their jurisdictions.
