The Volta Regional Minister, Dr. Archibald Letsa has threatened to sue Ho based media House, Volta 1 Television for linking him to the activities of Home Land Study Group-Westen Togoland in The Region.
According to him, the station has used its platform to “defame” him, in an interview granted to some of the members of the said group who claimed he, The Minister is their main sponsor.
In an interview with our correspondent, The Minister said ” l have never been a member or sponsor of that group”.
He said ” I am too decent to belong to a group like that.”
The angry looking Minister stated, “I am ready to take legal action against anyone who comes out to make the allegation; including media platforms which carry it”.
“I don’t even know them”, he added.
