The Electoral Commission, EC has responded to alleged recruitment advertisements circulating within the social media space.
According to the EC, it has not commissioned any recruitment exercise, and the public should therefore disregard the said advertisement.
In a press release signed by EC Chairperson, Mrs. Jean Mensa on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, the commission said its attention has “been drawn to an advertisement circulating on various social media platforms that the Commission is undertaking a recruitment exercise.”
“The general public is informed that the Commission is NOT carrying out any recruitment exercise,” it noted.
