The 15th edition of Rhythms on Da Runway, organized by Shirley Emma Tibilla popularly known as Cookietee, delivered a memorable night as former Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah and Hollywood actor Idris Elba were honoured with the prestigious Black Star Award.
The event, held on December 6, 2025, celebrated the outstanding achievements of both icons, Stephen Appiah for his impact on Ghanaian football and Idris Elba for his remarkable contributions to film, music, and global entertainment.
The night was filled with vibrant performances from top Ghanaian artists including EL, Gyakie, Kwaw Kese, and Maya Blu. The audience was also thrilled by a special surprise appearance from Sarkodie, whose performance energized the crowd and added excitement to the celebration.
Rhythms on Da Runway once again showcased Ghana’s creative excellence, honouring individuals who continue to uplift the nation’s image on the world stage.
