Some aggrieved trainees with the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO), in the Sunyani Municipality are yet to receive their stipend weeks after the Chief Executive Officer of the scheme, Dr Ibrahim Anyars, promised payment during a nationwide tour.
According to the trainees, the situation has made it difficult for them to meet their financial obligations, making life unbearable for them.
