The President and commander in chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, John Dramani Mahama on Wednesday, 1 October 2025, launched the National Cyber Security Awareness Month under the theme ‘Building a Safe, Informed and Accountable Digital Space’ at the Burma Hall in Accra.

















The National Cyber Security Awareness Month is an initiative by the Ghana Armed Forces in collaboration with the Cyber Security Authority to tackle concerns about the growing threat of cybercrimes including, mobile money scams, romance fraud, insider crimes within financial institutions.
In attendance was Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, the Minster for Interior, Samuel Nartey George, the Minister of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations of Ghana, Agyeman-Rawlings Zenator, the member of parliament for the Korle Klottey constituency and other dignitaries.
