The Super Eagles of Nigeria will host their arch-rivals, the Black Stars of Ghana in the final fixture of the 2022 World Cup play-off scheduled for Tuesday at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
Both nations are keen on booking a ticket for the biggest football showpiece in Qatar.
It’s been mixed feelings in the Volta Region on how the Black Stars would perform for their final fixture of the World cup playoff.
Whiles many say the Blackstars should not qualify following their shambolic performance at the just ended AFCON in Cameroun, others are being patriotic and throwing their weight behind the team adding that the first leg in Kumasi shows that the Blackstars have what it takes to qualify for the World Cup.

“I am not enthused about the Blackstars at all, they have not proved to me why I should support them” Andrew Ansah, a student of the Ho Technical University said.
“Coach Otto Addo should not start Jordan Ayew, even if he does he should substitute him early, he likes to lose focus”. Mustapha Kpodo, a craftsman at Ho Market laments.
A Freelance marketer, Graham Baldwin who is confident of the Blackstars victory advised that Jordan Ayew must not be selfish on the ball.
“Jordan Ayew should not be selfish in today’s game; our boys must find the back of the net and be confident to score Nigeria” Mr. Graham said.
Ghana is desperate to pick one of the five slots for Africa at the World Cup scheduled for November later in the year.
Today’s game is scheduled for 5:00 pm Ghana time.
