Building on this momentum, the federation’s dedication to high-performance and discipline was demonstrated through a groundbreaking preseason boot camp at Teshie’s Military Academy Training School.
Dubbed D’stress, the camp brought together players from different clubs for a rigorous day of drills, fitness assessments, and team-building exercises an unprecedented initiative in Ghanaian rugby.

Partnered with Regardless Mode, this intense training session highlights the federation’s focus on nurturing talent and instilling professionalism from the grassroots level.
The event also unveiled a competitive lineup featuring well-established clubs like Bulls RLFC, Skolars RLFC, and Panthers RLFC, alongside new contenders UG Titans RLFC and Dragons RLFC.

This diverse roster promises fans a season filled with excitement and fierce rivalries, all under the theme “Our League,” which aims to foster unity and community spirit among Ghanaian rugby followers.
The season’s start signals a renewed commitment to excellence and a strategic push towards making Ghana a formidable force in international rugby league competitions.
