Teqball Federation Ghana is delighted to announce its first major event to the general sporting media. The event comes off on Saturday, 29th August, 2020. The venue of the event is at the Al-Rayan International School, East Legon.
The event promises to be an exciting one with a line up of activities. The program line up include inauguration of the Greater Accra Regional Association of Teqball, Teqball Workshop and a demonstration tournament to climax the event.
The Executive Committee Of Teqball Federation Ghana in a press release says the federation is excited about this maiden tournament. The statement said being a contactless sport, Teqball has come at the most appropriate time considering how COVID-19 has completely brought almost all competitive sports to a standstill. “Indeed you don’t need to assemble as many as 22 players to enable sports lovers enjoy Teqball. Meanwhile Teqball is a more beautiful game and equally thrilling as Soccer!”
“Our vision is to see Ghanaians resurrect their passion for the beautiful game again and Teqball is the answer to that quest. It is worth noting however that Teqball does not compete with Soccer but rather compliments it. Many top international football players are already addicted to using Teqball to maintain their stamina, techniques and concentration”, the statement said adding the event will strictly adhere to all the covid-19 protocols.
