More girls to enter IT – Deputy Minister

A Deputy Minister of Communication, Vincent Odo-Teye says the promotion of girls digital literacy and closing the digital gender gap is crucial in achieving gender equality across the country and worldwide.
Speaking at an African Summit on Women and Girls in Technology in Accra, Mr. Odo-Teye stated that overturning stereotypes and encouraging women and girls to learn ICT will go a long way to bridge the gap in the country.
