Philip Foundation an NGO committed to the development of the Youth in Ghana has urged government to hasten slowly in reopening the country’s airports.

It says until all local businesses are allowed to function, it would not be reasonable to open the airports.

In a statement issued in Accra, the Foundation urged the Ghana Education Service to explain to Ghanaians why school children continue to stay out of school when the school environment can be more regulated and stabilized for academic work.

The statement signed by the Executive Director of the Foundation, Boateng Mensah suggested to President Akufo Addo to immediately put children back to school as recommended by WHO and UNICEF.

This will help demonstrate its continuous commitment to educating the Ghanaian child.
