There is an increasing number of pedestrian knockdowns and accidents involving tricycles in the old Bono Ahafo area.
The Bono Regional Chief Executive of the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA), Kwasi Agyenim Boateng who disclosed this called for a concerted effort by drivers, pedestrians and all road users to improve the situation.
Mr. Agyenim Boaten was briefing the media during an outreach the NRSA undertook to the Nana Busuma Market Station in Sunyani, to promote road safety.
