The Ghana Association of Travel and Tour Agents (GHATTA), says international air travel will not immediately see a boost due to the stigma that has come to be associated with COVID-19.

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Organiser of GHATTA, Eric Owusu Agyeman said globally, travelers are now more skeptical due to the pandemic.

While welcoming the President’s announcement of lifting the ban on international air traffic, he expressed worry that authorities in the aviation sector are yet to meet the association on the new modalities and protocols for international air travel.
