Government will tomorrow (October 25) disclose the roadmap to the PDS-ECG Concession Agreement after its termination.
But ahead of this, the Deputy Minister of Energy, Owuraku Aidoo, has hinted that government will no longer use restrictive tendering to allocate the contract.
Mr. Aidoo also assured workers of ECG of their job security and sustenance of their conditions of service deals under PDS Management.
