An Alternative Dispute Resolution, ADR Expert, Austin Gamey says he disagrees with customers of Menzgold, who are calling for the use of ADR to resolve the case between Nana Appiah Mensah, NAM1, and the State.
According to him, ADR thrives best when used for civil cases and cannot be applied to the Menzgold case since it is criminal.
Mr Gamey told GBC’s Nathaniel Nartey that government is aware of the gravity of the case and advised Menzgold customers to allow the state to resolve it without any interference.
