Ag IGP agrees to Takoradi missing girls families witnessing DNA test

The Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP), James Oppong-Boanuh, has acceded to the request of the families of the missing Takoradi girls to have their representatives witness the DNA and forensic tests to be conducted on the skeletons retrieved two weeks ago.

Mr. Oppong-Boanuh, assured the families that the Police Administration will not shield or spare anyone found culpable to have played a role in the kidnap of their relatives.

This was when he met with the families in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis.

The Director of Public Affairs of the Service ACP David Eklu asked the media to be circumspect when reporting on the matter since it is a sensitive one.
