The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, GBC has distanced itself from the TV Presenter, Lois Acquah arrested by the police for allegedly duping a Travel and Tour Company, of Sixty Two Thousand, One Hundred dollars ($62,000), under the pretext of securing Israeli visas for customers of the Company.
A release signed by the Director of Corporate Affairs, Mamle Asare, said Lois Acquah is not a staff of GBC and for that matter GTV.
The Corporation however, admits that she hosted a privately produced program “The Holy, Land Revealed Show” which she paid air time for.
The contract for “The Holy Land Revealed Show” according to the Corporation expired eight months ago and has not been renewed.
