The South Dayi Constituency of The NDC in the Volta Region has inaugurated a 39-Member Campaign Team chaired by the current Constituency Chairman, Prince Alex Adoboe.

The Team made up with former DCEs, all former MPs, former Ambassadors and executives as well as current ones has Joy Addison Adzeglo as the campaign Manager with Jonas Anyadi as his Deputy and the campaign treasurer is John Abotsi.

In his inaugural speech, The MP for The Area, Rockson-Nelson Etse Kwami Dafeamekpor charged The Team to carry everyone on board for comprehensive campaign as he stressed, “Out of the many indigenes of this constituency, you are privileged in your own rights to be selected to lead this campaign. I know you appreciate and cherish the opportunity with an understanding that we cannot have everyone being a member of this team. But, I know you know too, that, if we would succeed, it is based on the efforts you would all put into this campaign”.

He emphasised that the entire party in the South Dayi Constituency has placed its trust in them and the national party” as he reminded them about the fact that it is barely 3 months to elections and they needed to put “our best and secure the needed victory”.

Lawyer Dafeamekpor asked them to immediately commence mobilization, community campaign activities and then be seen actively involved in the dissemination of party information in a bid to reach out to the entire constituency.

“This year, we are expecting a massive turnout and a massive endorsement for the party in this Constituency. The John Dramani Mahama vision for Ghana needs massive endorsement, and our part, we must and shall perform”, The MP noted.
