The Slain Mfantseman MP Ekow Quansah Hayford has been finally laid to rest at Mankessim in the Central Region.
President Akufo Addo, his Vice Mahamudu Bawumia, leadership of parliament, and the NPP hierarchy joined the family and the Constituents of Mfantseman to bid the former lawmaker farewell.
In a tribute, the wife of the late MP, Ophelia Mensah Hayford, described her late husband as a loving and caring man full of hope and inspiration.
She promised to hold and protect his legacy because he thought her to be strong, loving and forgiving.
