Kwabena Bempong, President of the Ghana Consulting Engineers Association said “the energy audit professionals must empower businesses and households. Said, many energy users do not know where their money goes, you will show them. More importantly, you will provide a practical roadmap, you say change this lamp, insulate that pipe, repair that valve, change that air conditioner, and that’s going to be money in their hand or money in their pockets as we prefer to say. When they follow your advice their bills drop, pressure on Ghana’s electricity grid eases”.
