The public have been advised to petition against any court official who treats them badly, especially when they pay money without receiving an official receipt.
A Judge, Justice Eric Kyei Baffour who gave the advice stressed that the public need not fear the court since it is for the people with its officials just playing the role of caretakers.
Justice Kyei Baffour was speaking at an outreach programme organised by the Judicial Service at Nsoatre in the Sunyani West District of the Bono Region.
