Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia says Ghanaians will soon see the full benefit of the digitalization drive which has seen the transformation of key sectors of the economy. He said government is strategically laying the building blocks that will reduce the human interface in service especially in the Public sector to enhance operations.
Speaking at the launch of the Digitalized National Assay Laboratory in Accra, Vice President Bawumia said the mining industry is also going through the needed transformation to ensure that Ghanaians derive the maximum benefit from the sector.
Dr Bawumia also hinted of plans to dige the sale of football tickets especially during crucial matches where supporters are subjected to long queues at the stadium. He said talks are ongoing with the National Sports Authority and within p months this initiative will take off.
