The national executive of the Ghana Journalists Association has called on management of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB).

The visit was to introduce the newly elected executives to the ADB, re-engage, and strengthen the existing relationship between the association and the bank.

Part of its plans to rebrand the Ghana Journalists Association is to solicit support and explore opportunities from partner institutions such as the ADB.

The newly elected executive of the GJA is also seeking to strengthen the Association’s existing relationship with such institutions.

President of the GJA, Mr. Albert Dwumfour said as part of a rejuvenated drive, the Association would set up a media support fund to enhance media freedom.

The Managing Director of the Agriculture Development Bank, Dr. John Mensah asked the GJA to support ADB’s Agric-Business sector.

GJA commended the management of ADB for supporting its Award scheme since 2018.
