14 people have been arrested by a joint Police-military team in connection with the killing of the Borae Ahenfie Chief, Nana Meebo, and two others in the Krachi Nchumuru District of the Oti Region.
The 14 persons are currently in Police custody at Kete Krachi, the capital of the Krachi West Municipality.
According to reports, “Nana Meebo and two others who are yet to be identified met their untimely deaths when they were shot while working on the farm on Saturday, November 19, 2022.”
Security has been beefed up in the Borae Ahenfie Community and its environs.
