Addis Ababa: First Lady Lordina Mahama calls on African First Ladies to champion health, education and women’s empowerment

First Lady Mrs. Lordina Mahama has called on her fellow African First Ladies to join forces in advancing health, education, and economic opportunities for women and vulnerable communities across the continent.

Speaking at the 30th General Assembly of the Organisation of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD), on the sidelines of the African Union Summit, the First Lady highlighted the work of the Lordina Foundation in expanding healthcare access, supporting girls’ education, and empowering women entrepreneurs, while urging colleagues to replicate and scale such initiatives in their own countries.
