The Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources Madam Cecilia Abena Daapah has expressed concern about the impunity with which developers build on installations of the Ghana Water Company Limited without any thought of the unhealthy consequences of their actions.
She warned that such impunity could result in endangering human life. Madam Dapaah was addressing journalists in Kumasi.
