Salaga South MP Brings Joy to Inmates and Patients with Annual Eid Donations
The Member of Parliament for Salaga South Constituency, Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, has once again demonstrated her commitment to compassion and community service by donating food and drinks to inmates and patients as part of her annual humanitarian outreach.
Each year, during the Eid festivities, the MP together with her party executives extends support to the Ghana Prisons Service in Salaga. This year was no exception, as they presented assorted items including drinks, food, and bottled water to inmates to share in the joy of the celebration.
After the presentation, management of the Prisons Service expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the MP for her consistent generosity. They commended her for remembering them every year and bringing relief and happiness to inmates through her donations.
Following the visit to the prison, Hajia Zuwera and her team continued their outreach to the Salaga Government Hospital, where they distributed food and drinks to patients. The gesture was aimed at uplifting the spirits of patients and supporting them during the festive period.
Speaking during the visits, the MP emphasized the importance of sharing with the less privileged and ensuring that no one feels left out during celebrations. Her actions reflect a strong commitment to social responsibility and care for all members of the community.
