The leader of victims of last Friday’s fire outbreak at Dagombaline in the Oforikrom Municipality of Ashanti, Osman Zublim has appealed to government to deal directly with their opinion leaders when providing relief items.
He expressed fears that during such disasters some individuals come forward to handle relief items for their selfish gains.
Mr. Zublim said this when a government delegation led by National Security Minister, Albert Kan Dapaah visited the scene to assess the impact of the fire on victims and the extent of destruction.
