FIFA has unveiled the new trophy for the Women’s Champions Cup in London and has offered the first public glimpse of the silverware that will be awarded to the inaugural winners of the global women’s club competition on February 1, 2026.

The reveal took place near Brentford Stadium, one of the tournament’s host venues, where former England international Alex Scott and FIFA Chief Football Officer Jill Ellis presented the trophy to pupils from a local school. The event formed part of FIFA’s outreach efforts aimed at engaging young fans ahead of the competition’s decisive stages.

Four clubs have qualified for the tournament’s final phase and will compete for the newly introduced title, which brings together continental champions from across the world for the first time in women’s club football.

Ellis said the event highlighted the importance of connecting with young supporters and expanding the sport’s reach. She added that the tournament provides an opportunity to showcase elite women’s football on a global stage.

Scott, a former Arsenal player and ambassador for the competition, described the launch as a milestone moment for the women’s club game. She noted that the tournament unites champions from different continents and creates new pathways for growth and visibility.

The semi-finals will be played at Brentford Stadium on January 28, 2026 with Gotham FC of the United States facing Brazil’s Corinthians in the opening match, followed by a clash between UEFA champions Arsenal Women and CAF champions ASFAR of Morocco.

The tournament will conclude at Arsenal Stadium on  February 1, where the third-place playoff will precede the final later in the evening. The winners will become the first intercontinental club champions in women’s football.

FIFA said the competition is designed to elevate the profile of women’s club football globally and provide greater exposure for elite female athletes.

The Women’s Champions Cup trophy features design elements representing the participating regions and is intended to symbolize unity and excellence across the global women’s game.
