The Chief Justice, Kwesi Anin Yeboah, has described the testimonies of the second and third witnesses of the Petitioner, Dr. Kpessa Whyte and Robert Mettle Nunoo as baseless and irrelevant to the case.
He said the two witnesses referred to irregularities in the data on some of the regional coalition forms at the National Coalition Centre, which they had signed.
