Lawyers for former President and petitioner of the 2020 election petition, John Dramani Mahama have filed an application seeking the Supreme Court to temporarily stop the hearing of the election petition.
The petitioner in his application said he wants the court to hold on with the election petition scheduled to resume hearing on January 26 until the court has heard another application filed by the petitioner seeking a review of the court’s ruling that denied the petitioner to interrogate the first respondent which is the EC on some 12 questions.
