A member of the NDC Communication Team, Dr. Benedicta Yarah, says infrastructure particularly in the Health Sector, should be a major priority of Government as it is the backbone of every economy.
She said as a country, the culture of maintenance should be upheld to ensure that existing infrastructure can last for generations.
She was contributing to GBC’s Current Affairs Programme, “Talking Point”, which discussed the ‘Debate on Infrastructure’.
MP for Mpraeso, Seth Acheampong, said infrastructure should be one that will benefit the citizens, citing projects by previous governments that are not serving any purpose.
