The National Democratic Congress (NDC), says its BIG PUSH agenda will be funded with resources from Ghana’s oil revenue.

The five-year policy contained in its recently launched manifesto is to create a $10 billion accelerated infrastructure plan that will provide jobs.

Speaking on GBC’S Current Affairs Programme ‘Talking Point’, the MP for Ningo Prampram, Sam George said the funds will be derived from the Country’s oil revenue.

He said per the Party’s projection, it will cost less than 20 percent of government’s revenue from the oil sector.

A Communication Consultant, Chris Essikpe, who joined the discussion via phone, said funds can only be available if the size of government and corruption are drastically reduced.
