The New Patriotic Party (NPP), says this year’s election will be based on the credibility of the candidates fighting for the presidency.

The party is therefore asking Ghanaians to give it another four years to continue to deliver the credible development that the country needs.

Speaking at a news conference in Accra dubbed ‘the leadership of Nana Akufo-Addo’, Deputy Campaign Manager of the Party, Dr Mustapha Hamid said President Akufo-Addo’s administration has delivered a track record of development which is envied in and outside the country.

He cited the Free SHS, the Planting for Food and Jobs Programmer, 1D1F, among other policies, describing them as unprecedented and asked that Ghanaians give the party another mandate to see visionary leadership.

Dr Hamid cited President Akufo-Addo’s management of the ‘dumsor’ crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic as exemplary.

He said President Akufo-Addo is competent and one that can lead the country into prosperity.
