Members of Ghana’s Parliament have commenced debates on the Ad-hoc Committee report on the Vote of Censure Motion led by the Minority side of the House, seeking the removal of the Minister of Finance, Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta.
Before the commencement of the debate, the Speaker S.K Bagbin in formal communication to The House reiterated the fact that, he, as the presiding Speaker, acted in accordance with the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana and The Standing Orders of Parliament for the referral.
