Though Vice President Dr.Mahamadu Bawumia said procurement processes begun in April 2018, there has been little progress in the bid to improve Ghana’s dire Emergency Response Service.
The 275 ambulances are now expected in May or June next year. Speaking to the Media in Accra, Madam Koomson explained the procurement challenges., saying procurement processes take time, as one process could take more than three months.
