PPP acclaims Flagbearer today

The Progressive People’s Party (PPP) will today (September 12, 2020) acclaim the Running Mate of the Party in the 2016 election, Bridget Dzogbenuku as its Flag bearer at the Accra International Conference Centre.

The Party’s founder, Dr Papa Kwesi Ndoum who led the Party in the 2012 and 2016 Presidential election is not contesting this time round.

The National Secretary of the Party, Paa Kow Ackon said the Party will follow up with its Manifesto launch on September 19.

The Progressive People’s Party, says it will outdoor policies which are feasible and sustainable within four years unlike the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP.

The Party says its Manifesto will not be more than 30 pages and will contain precise and unambiguous promises based on the blue prints provided by the National Development Planning Commission.

National Secretary of the party, Paa Kow Ackon told Radio Ghana’s Nathaniel Nartey that PPP’s Manifesto will focus on fighting corruption by including anti-corruption and integrity in the educational curricula at the basic level.
