NPP’s Parliamentary Candidate for Tamale Central, Dr. Ibrahim Anyars has conceded defeat to NDC’s Mohammed Murtala.
At a news conference, Dr. Anyars congratulated the NDC candidate on winning the Parliamentary election.
He said he is enthused about the peace the people of Tamale are enjoying, particularly effort of President Akufo-Addo in restoring peace to the constituency.
He said Politics is about service and development, therefore his acceptance of defeat is to enable his contender, the opportunity and support to develop Tamale.
