Black Queens embark on training tour

As part of preparation for the 2018 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations, the Black Queens of Ghana are set to embark on a two week training tour across the country.
The tour which is set to commence on Wednesday 12th of September, will see the WAFU Zone B champs train at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi, the Ohene Ameyaw Park in Techiman and the Aliu Mahama stadium in Tamale.
The team will also play against Kumasi Sports Academy, Ampem Darkoa Ladies and a select side in the Northern Region.
As part of whipping interest and creating buzz for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations which will be hosted in Ghana later this year, the team will pay various courtesy calls some Regional Ministers and football administrators as part of the tour.
