Aduana Stars maintain their spot on top of the league after a 2-1 win over Heart of Lions away from home at the Hohoe Sports Stadium.

After losing in midweek to Nsoatreman Kumasi Asante Kotoko were unlucky as they lost by a goal to nil against Dreams FC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi which makes it back-to-back losses for the Porcupine Warriors in two consecutive losses in 5 days this defeat pushes Kotoko 14th position tied on the same number of points 10.

Kotoko arch rivals Hearts of Oak who occupy the 13th position secured a point against Karela United in a game which saw Richmond Ago saving a great penalty.

The battle between the new bies-Bofoakwa Tano and Nations FC a the Sunyani Coronation Park ended with Bofoakwa earning a slim 1-0 win with the visitors receiving a red card.

At the El-Wak Sports Stadium in Accra, defending champions Medeama SC hacked down the royals by two goals to nil despite receiving a red card that didn’t hold them back as they went on to pick up the win.

Berekum Chelsea beat Samartex 1996 at the Golden City Park in Berekum by a lone goal.

Bibiani Gold Stars played 1:1 draw against Accra Lions at the Duns Park

R.T.U also drew at Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium against Bechem. The match ended in a goalless draw.

Great Olympics will climax match week 9 against Nsoateman FC at the Accra Sports Stadium today at 3:00 pm.

This will be the second time Nsoatreman will be traveling to the nation’s capital after a goalless draw against Hearts of Oak some weeks ago.
