Maxwell Konadu sacked from Kotoko

The Kumasi Asante Kotoko Football club has sacked its head coach, Maxwell Konadu.

The club in a statement posted on its Facebook page on Friday morning, December 18, 2020, said the club in the interim has appointed Johnson Smith to lead the team in its technical direction.

Kotoko suffered their first Premier League defeat of the season after losing by a lone goal to Accra Great Olympics at the Accra Stadium on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
